How to manage the template feature for sending messages?

Quicklead provides message templates for "Send message template," "Send invite template," and "In mail template."

In the Quicklead app, you can access these template options from the sidebar.

When you click on "Templates," you'll see a screen like this with some predefined templates provided by Quicklead.
The bookmark icon on the right side indicates that these are predefined templates, meaning you cannot edit or delete them.

You can change the template type by selecting it here or directly search for a template by name in the search section.


If you want to create a new template using content from a predefined template, simply click on the predefined template. You can edit its content or name as needed, and when you save it, a new template will be created.

Here, I want to use the content of this template for a new template, so I select this one.

This is the predefined content of the template, and I’m updating it as per my requirements.

Now, the updated content looks like this.

You can see the newly added template here.

The "AI personalized message template" appears in the list view only. When you're in the create section, it may not be visible, so to create an AI personalized message, return to the list screen.

To create a new template from scratch, select the template type and click on the "Add New" button, as shown here.
Now, you can create a template for an AI personalized message.
This is how you can create, edit, and delete your own templates as needed.
You can edit or delete templates that you have created.
