How to Integrate a Slack Webhook URL?

After logging into Quicklead, you will be redirected to the home page. From there, go to the Settings page.

On the Settings page, navigate to the Integration tab, as shown in the image below.

Click the Connect button. You will see a popup similar to the one shown below. In this popup, click the provided link. This will redirect you to the next steps for creating a Slack webhook URL.

Now, when you click on the connect button you will see a popup like this as show in below, by clicking on this link you will redirect here, now you can see the other steps for slack side creation of webhook url.

now you need to create a workspace for the messaging. So open this https://slack.com/intl/en-in/ to create a workspace, when you click on this you will see a page like this.

  • Click Create a New Workspace.
  • If you are not signed in, you will be taken to the Slack sign-in page. After signing in, you will be redirected to the workspace creation page.
  • Enter your workspace name as shown in the image.

Follow the remaining on-screen steps until your workspace is created. You will see a confirmation screen once it is ready.

At last your workspace will be created and you will see screen like this:


now, Go to https://api.slack.com/messaging/webhooks . You will see a page with step-by-step instructions. Click Create Your Slack App.



Create the Slack App

  • On the next page, a popup will appear automatically. Click From Scratch.
  • In the next popup, enter your app name and select your newly created workspace.

You will be redirected to your app’s settings page. Click on Incoming Webhooks.

Turn on the toggle button (it is off by default).


Add a New Webhook

  • Once the toggle is on, you will see the Add New Webhook button at the bottom of the page.
  • Click it and follow the instructions to choose where notifications should be posted (e.g., a specific Slack channel).





Allow Permissions

  • When prompted with “Where should quicklead_notification post?”, select your preferred channel.
  • Click Allow. You will be redirected back to the previous page where your Webhook URL will be displayed.

Copy and Use the Webhook URL

  • Copy the Webhook URL.

  • Paste it into the popup in Quicklead.
  • Give relevant event access and select the profiles for which you want to receive notifications.
  • Save your changes.

✅ Done! You will now start receiving relevant notifications from Quicklead in your Slack channel.
