How to effectively manage campaign replies using the Smart Inbox
Step 1: Open Inbox
- From the sidebar, go to the Inbox screen.

- The Inbox screen will open showing all your LinkedIn conversations.

Understanding the Inbox Layout
Right Side: Conversations
- Displays all live LinkedIn inbox conversations connected to your Quicklead account.
Left Side: Campaign Filter
- On the left side, you’ll see an important filter called Campaigns.
- This section lists all campaigns you have created.
- Clicking on any campaign name will:
- Filter the inbox
- Show only the conversations related to that specific campaign on the right side
This makes it easy to manage conversations campaign-wise.

Message Filters (Top Section)
At the top of the Inbox, there are two message filters:
1. Last Message Sent by Member
- Shows conversations where the last message was sent by the recipient.
- These are chats where:
- You may have already read the message
- But have not replied yet
- This filter is ideal for tracking pending replies.
Note: This is not an unread filter. It shows all conversations awaiting your response.
2. Last Message Sent by Me
- Shows conversations where the last message was sent by you.
- The recipient has not replied yet.
- This filter helps you identify:
- People who need follow-ups

Viewing and Replying to Conversations
Step 2: Open a Conversation
- Click on any conversation from the list.
- The full chat thread will open.
Step 3: Send Messages
- You can send messages directly from the Inbox.
- Once your LinkedIn account is connected to Quicklead:
- All messaging can be handled inside Quicklead
- No need to share LinkedIn credentials with team members
This allows your team to manage LinkedIn conversations securely through Quicklead.

Attaching Files
- To attach a file:
- Enter your message text first
- Attach the file
- Send the message
Additional Inbox Features
Quicklead Inbox also allows you to:
- Set reminders for specific conversations
- Add tags to chats
- Filter conversations by tags
- Organize and manage replies more efficiently
