How AI Sequence feature work?
Initially, access the campaigns page, then proceed by selecting the "Create Campaign" button to commence the campaign creation process.
Afterward, choose " Sequence" from the list of available options for adding campaigns.
You'll then encounter the Sequence campaign addition form, which begins with specifying the campaign's name.
Below are some key feature of this 'Sequence' campaign:
Once you've added the correct name, you can proceed to the graph page.
Based on the preferences, you can create a sequence campaign to manage sending bulk invitations.
You can track pending requests, allowing you to see who has accepted your request and who has not.
After accepting the invitations, we can start sending messages by using the 'Send Message' or 'AI Message' feature.
You can create a sequence for sending messages, managing everything from the first message to subsequent replies.
If a reply to your message is positive, you can send a follow-up response.
If someone does not reply to your message, the "send message" feature helps track these connections.
There is also an option to withdraw a request if someone does not accept your request within a certain period.
This below graph screen is the first screen after campaign addition form:
As you can see, the first options of the sequence campaign are 'Invitation', 'Send message', and 'AI message'. For demo purposes, we'll start with the invitation. After clicking on 'Invitation', you will see the screen below:
Now click on the plus icon to add the contacts to send invitations.
You will see a screen to add a list of contacts for the invitations.
You can manually select or remove any contacts if you don't want to add them to the campaign, but by default, all the contacts are selected.
By clicking next, you will see the screen to add notes for invitations.
Here is the screen for adding notes when sending invitations.
Upon clicking next, you will see a green check mark indicating that the invitation process is ready for the campaign.
Next, you can manage actions to take after the request is accepted or rejected. You can see these options by clicking the plus icon for accepted requests.
If you want to send a message after your request is accepted, click on the 'Send message' button. You can then select the time period to send the message after the request is accepted.
Here are the options to set the time to send the message. This time will be calculated from when the request is accepted.
Then click on the plus icon to add a message.
Set the message you want to send after the request is accepted.
After clicking the add button, you will see a green check mark indicating that the send message process is ready for the campaign. Similarly, you can set up a withdraw option if the request is not accepted within a certain time frame.
Click on the plus icon to see instructions for withdrawal.
Below are the instructions for withdrawing a request.
By clicking OK, you will see a green check mark indicating that the withdraw process is ready for the campaign.
Similarly, you can extend the sequence process based on each step's positive reply or no reply as shown below.
Click on the plus icon to set an AI message after receiving a reply from the connection.
Below is the screen to generate and add an AI message.
After successfully adding the AI message, you will see a green check mark indicating that the AI send message process is ready for the campaign.
This way, you can continue the process for a few replies and no replies. However, for now, we are completing this sequence campaign as an example. Remember to click on the End button at each last step of the campaign as shown below.
The below image shows all end points with green check marks.
You can modify this sequence campaign as per your requirements. It is not mandatory to use the invitation for every campaign; you can directly use the send message or AI message feature as per your preference.
Now click on the next button to go to the last page of the sequence campaign.
Click on the 'Create Campaign' button to create this campaign. If there are no running campaigns, this will start automatically by default.
You can edit the message or timing of this campaign only if the campaign is not running or completed.
In the image above, you can see the refresh button, which is used for refreshing the current status of this campaign and getting the latest details.
Here below is another example of a Sequence campaign.
You can also edit the time when the campaign is in a paused or drafted condition, as shown in this image.
There is also an option to edit contacts or view the contacts. To do this, click on any of the sequences.
Below is the screen showing the list of contacts.
If the contacts are still pending to receive a message or an invitation, you can remove or edit those contacts.
